Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications & design such Photoshop etc.
  • The ability to travel for work.
  • The ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Activities

  • Prepare outlet mock up, decorations for festive seasons, new products launch, plus conversion of existing outlets, and support the team in sales activations or in-company events/ workshops/ trainings, etc. to promote our products & services.
  • Support to SFS Manager to explore and develop policy & guidelines (franchise, commercial partners, product SOP,…) to standardize the service and products, to prepare proposals when meetings with dealers or potential customers, and to promote the “active” and “cross” selling within the team and on the ground.
  • Work hands-in-hands with SFS Manager to identify, evaluate and manage business opportunities/leads in securing sales pipeline in line with short- and long-term financial goals, plus innovative solutions or digital tools to establish and provide an unique customer experience/ journey or traffic in bonjour shop, café bonjour & bakery.
  • Deliver marketing program and develop a promotion calendar with support from SFS team, a strong and clear communication strategy (posters, coffee menu or menu board, shop promotion boards, VDOs, animations “if required”,…etc.), and content for ads on social media or TEMC networks (Yammer, LinkedIn, Telegram channel, etc.), in collaboration with internal marketing team.
  • Actively create local activities to develop merchandising items, brand, distributions, and penetration in market, with support from SFS, Vendor Manager, and internal Marketing team.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions and trade shows and working with local designers (outsource is also the option, if required) to help market the product and services.
  • Conduct a market research or/and market survey (shop, café bonjour & bakery, leasing) & analysis the market trends, competitor activities, challenges, and industry developments to identify new strategies to penetrate target markets and workforce capability and client/ customer data management.
  • Foster strong relationship with in/external stakeholders and expand existing customer base through innovative sales practices and networking with potential customers/ partners/ dealers, but not limited to ensure their ensuring their satisfaction and continued partnership.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentation on sales activities, revenue forecasts, market penetration, strategies, and client feedback for management review on a regular basis.
  • To assist & give supports in any SFS Activities (bonjour shop, café bonjour & bakery, activations, in-company events, trade show, exhibition, etc.) if any wherever possible.
  • To spot check and conduct food hygiene in shop, café bonjour & bakery, and other areas, if required, to identify the area for improvement and do the action plan with TMs. 
  • Perform other tasks assigned by direct manager.

Context & Environment

  • The competition of SFS (Shop and Food) business at service station is becoming fierce in the country. To compete with others' we need to increase our market share and market value and diversify our service related to café business. Therefore, SFS (Shop and Food) business needs to be increased across the country where the demand is notified. In response to this, we need to develop more skillful team and talented team to work hand in hand within the company.
