Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of Marketing and Digital Marketing related experience. 
  • Master’s degree and/or specialization in Digital and/or Communication. 
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, French is desirable. 
  • Experience working with agencies (digital agencies, marketing agencies, media agency).
  • Social media platforms and social media marketing strategy and digital tools knowledge.
  • Ability to work with different teams and lead different projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong communication and people skills. 
  • Team player.
  • Strategic thinking. 

Activities

Acts as the point of contact between AME affiliates and Paris teams while ensuring the effective implementation, adoption and usage of digital tools. 

Digital innovation: 

  • Foster digital innovation in line with branch/zone’s strategy: Identify and streamline ideas at local level. 
  • Drive and incentive Digital Innovation among affiliates

 Digital Roadmap:

  • Support all affiliates in the making of the Digital Marketing plan for the year
  • Help build and maintain the digital roadmap for each affiliate to support digital marketing and business objectives. 
  • Participate actively in the definition and implementation of services meeting business needs & during project (conception, planning, production, deployment and maintenance). 
  • Provide recommendations for optimal user engagement, including changes to priority, design, content, structure and functionality.
  • Responsible for centrally framing and negotiating best rates for digital services for affiliates with the agencies and external partners centrally.
  • Grow the culture of digital KPIs at affiliate level

Digital communication and benchmark:

  • Share best practices and experiences amongst affiliates as well as from external leaders (GATAM, BAATX, etc)
  • Monitor and report competitors best practices. 
  • Understand market trends to identify gaps in technology for the current digital portfolio. 
  • Support affiliates through efficient digital strategies to improve online visibility (websites, Social Media, Influencers, and content strategy)
  • Validate social media and digital media campaigns contents according to the brand guidelines. 
  • Analyze and approve influencers and brand ambassadors plans (profiles, objectives, KPIs and results)
  • Coordinate and support with Network Business Developer the TOP Services Program. 
  • Support and lead digital platforms (web page, landing page, social media communication, etc) of AME Regional Marketing activations. 

Events and webinars:

  • Organizes AME Quaterly Meetings with affiliates MDs, Marketing managers and Digital responsibles and AME management to monitor and 

share the progress of the projects with the management and all relevant team members. 

  • Hold webinars and trainings to affiliates to cover key topics and projects such as SEO improvement, Social Media strategy, Ecommerce, Drive 2 Store

Participate and support in key events like B2B Seminar, IT seminars, workshops, etc.
