As Design Engineer, the aim of your mission is to carry out Preliminary to Pre-Project studies of development opportunities for TotalEnergies EP Gabon (TEEPG). 

The study topics identified are as follows : 

  • Carry out Preliminary to Pre-Project studies of development opportunities for TotalEnergies EP Gabon (TEEPG). The study topics identified are as follows:
  • Propose and study solutions for restarting the PSM platform, which has been shut down since 2013, and assess the cost and schedule for restarting production on the platform.
  • Propose and study solutions for restarting the ASE platform, which has been shut down since 2014, and assess the cost and schedule for bringing the platform back into production.
  • Update the Oil & Gas Resource Development Plan (PVR) for the PO field.
  • Update the pumped well activation project to be installed in the TCNE wells (4 wells).
  • Increase water injection in ANE field reservoirs and propose a low-cost optimization scheme for water injection on ANE.
  • Study the re-commissioning of the BSM field while eliminating the associated greenhouse gas emissions.
  • Update the Dauphin Marine field development study.
  • Evaluate additional options for exporting or upgrading gas from production wells.


To carry out the above tasks, you will :

  • Prepare the specifications and databases required for the study
  • Define the schedule, key milestones and resources required to carry out the study.
  • Identify and coordinate the multidisciplinary resources involved in the study (reservoir, process, safety engineering, instrumentation, mechanics, electricity, piping, structures, civil engineering, HSE, site, etc.).
  • Implement the project process according to each subject: Kick-off meetings, Scope Planning Budget Review, specialty reviews, audits, quality reviews, validations.
  • Be pragmatic about HSE impacts, costs and schedules.o Consolidate costs and schedules from the various specialties.
  • Prepare the end-of-study report, including subsurface issues, possible technical solutions and recommendations to enhance the value of the project, and have it validated by the Deputy Operations Manager.
  • Consolidate and present the results of each study to the Deputy Operations Manager for validation of the technical solutions adopted.

Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

Expected qualifications:

  • General engineering degree with a specification in a technical field : oil and gas industry, energies, safety engineering, instrumentation, mechanics, electricity, piping, structures, civil engineering, HSE.


Technical skills:

  • 1st experience as a generalist engineer, with a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis
  • Open-mindedness and ability to adapt quickly, as subjects are numerous/varied and synthesis times very short
  • Project management skills
  • Knowledge of petroleum engineering would be a plus


Computing skills:

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)


Languages:

  • English: level B2/C1
  • French: level B2
