Join our affiliate TotalEnergies AS24 Belgium in Brussels !


As Sales & Marketing Project Manager, you will be reporting to the Sales Manager of the Benelux Hub. You will be in contact with the Benelux sales team (field and office staff) as well as the marketing team of the AS24 headquarters based in Nantes (France). 

The position is based on 3 axes: 


Sales

• Assist sales representatives in optimizing customer visits (preparation of tools, numerical analysis, reporting). Key-user Sales force.

• Support the sales team in monthly campaigns (upselling existing customers, lost customers, prospecting wave) and analyze data - Salesforce tool.

• Participate in the deployment of our new products and services (especially toll offer).

• Elaborate files for major customers and according to the needs of the subsidiary  

• Participate in the animation of the sales meetings of the subsidiary


Supply/Network

• Analyze our volumes (stations, subsidiaries, customers) and propose action plans to the Subsidiary Manager and the sales team. 

• Prepare business reviews with TotalEnergies, partners.

• Participate in the preparation of development files.

• Update competition studies and data in dedicated tools.


Marketing

In close collaboration with the communication department of the head office, in order to respect the good practices of communication and marketing activity: 

• Update communication materials (sales brochures, station booklets, new hire guide, etc.)

• Participate in cross-functional TotalEnergies Belgium marketing committees and coordinate events.

• Write communications to customers (tolls, stations, office, organization, etc.)

• Set up the subsidiary's incentives and marketing actions/campaign

• Manage communications sent to customers (station, product and services)


Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

Expected qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Commerce, Marketing.


  
Technical skills:

  • Analytical mind
  • Customer and results oriented


Computing skills:

  • Very good knowledge of Office pack and Power Bi


Languages:

  • English: level C1
  • French: level C1
  • Dutch is a plus
