Aktivitäten

FIXED TERM CONTRACT: 12 MONTHS

The role requires support in managing activities related to the administration of expatriate personnel and corporate benefits, in accordance with the provided guidelines and instructions. It is essential that these activities are carried out in compliance with applicable regulations, as well as with the rules, processes, and procedures of the company and the Group.
 

  • Support activities related to the arrival and departure of expatriate personnel in Italy (including but not limited to: welcome meetings, house hunting, document management, school enrollment for children, etc.)
  • Manage relationships with relocation companies and consultancy firms handling immigration matters (visas, residence permits, etc.)
  • Provide the Administration & Finance department, in line with the Service Agreements, with the necessary data for outgoing invoicing of expatriate personnel costs
  • Check incoming invoices related to expatriates working at TEIS or the LBUs (Local Business Units)
  • Gather and prepare the necessary data for payroll processing and the monthly payment of expatriate allowances
  • Support the management of lease contracts for personnel and prepare the related payment requests
  • Support administrative tasks related to the management of the welfare plan and the updating of insurance payments and other employee benefits
  • Support activities related to the management of the company car fleet
  • Advise colleagues to help them understand their needs regarding corporate benefits and the welfare plan
  • Support the identification and implementation of new benefits to meet employees’ needs, with a focus on innovative programs and initiatives supporting parenting and caregivers. Propose solutions aimed at improving the welfare and wellbeing program to promote a positive and motivating work environment.

Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

  • Previous experience in expatriate personnel administration or benefits management
  • Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma
  • Excellent knowledge of English (French is considered a plus)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical skills, flexibility, confidentiality, attention to detail, and strong communication and listening abilities
