Aktivitäten

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring accurate accounting records and reports of all business activities are properly maintained 
  • Providing accurate and timely monthly and annual financial closure oversight and reporting on the entities activities
  • Supporting the development of renewables assets in their early life
  • Delivering insightful analysis on spend and commitments made with respect to new project activity


Under the authority of the Assistant Controller, the Individual oversees the accounting and management reporting for TERUSA and its multiple holding companies. This includes;


  • Maintaining a detailed understanding, and be the point of contact, of Development Service Agreements, Inter-affiliate Service Agreements, and Cost Sharing Arrangements in place and ensures their timely billing and collection on a monthly basis from the subsidiaries.
  • Oversees the daily and monthly accounting processes for TERUSA and its Holding Subsidiaries (TotalEnergies Renewables Development Partnership, TotalEnergies Renewables Investments, TotalEnergies Renewables LandCo LLC, Core Solar LLC)
  • Prepares financial statements for TotalEnergies Biogas Holdings USA LLC, and TotalEnergies Hydrogen Holdings USA, LLC. and acts as primary liaison with business teams on transaction support matters.
  • Prepares quarterly financial statements for the subsidiaries in CAP and maintains the consolidation reconciliation files, as needed.
  • Manages liaison with analysts in Manila TGFS organization to ensure accurate and timely financial statements are prepared.
  • Ensures cost allocations are transparent and auditable, and that the time writing systems and processes are properly maintained.
  • Oversees accounting ledger design and its operation and maintenance across the US subsidiaries and oversees closing coordination for all entities in the MBC Core Model.
  • Liaison with project controls and cost control team members for analysis of all assets within scope in Pre-Development and Development phases. Prepares analysis on spend as needed to support project managers in their execution of the projects.
  • Liaison with affiliates to ensure accurate allocation of shared service costs and intercompany arrangements.
  • Perform intercompany reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions between affiliated entities, resolving discrepancies and maintain proper documentation.
  • Supports Financial Planning and Analysis in the budget and long-term planning exercises for the holding company.
  • Prepares monthly analysis on costs incurred by department and meets with managers monthly to review activity.
  • Perform balance sheet account reconciliations for each entity within scope to ensure accuracy of financial records, identify discrepancies and support timely resolution in compliance with internal controls.
  • Supports the implementation of appropriate governance and controls within the entities.

Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

Education/Experience:

  • BS or Master of Finance and CPA required. 
  • 7+ years’ experience in Accounting and Controlling/ Reporting 
  • Strong (written and oral) communication and interpersonal skills necessary to collaborate across internal functions (i.e. Accounting, Legal, Project Finance, OneTech etc.) and also with external service providers.
  • English speaking, fluency in French an advantage.
  • Mobility, reactivity and high availability requested.
